All transactions online that contain your personal details and credit card information are protected by an industry standard secure server.
You can choose to pay by PayPal or we accept all major credit/debit cards for goods available from this website. We do not accept payments by cheque. All goods remain the property of Callaghan Jewellers until paid for in full.
Once your order has been placed we will send you a confirmation email with approximate delivery times. Items in stock should be delivered in 2-4 working days. If your item is not in stock and is ordered direct from suppliers we will contact you with an expected delivery time this may range from 5 days to 3 weeks depending on the item. It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that the correct delivery information is provided and that your package can be received at your address. Should it occur that delivery is impossible and that the package is returned to us, the buyer will be subject to shipping fees for resending of the item (s).
When ordering wedding or engagement rings please allow 4-6 weeks for manufacture and delivery. We stock a range of ring sizes which will be dispatched right away if they are available. Other ring sizes which are not in stock are custom made by our manufacturer. International Orders from Outside the EU
If your delivery address is outside of the EU, it is possible your order may be subject to certain import customs/taxes which are outside of our control. If you are in doubt please contact your local customs officials.
Collection in Store
Items are available to collect in store free of charge, simply select ‘pick up in store’ from the checkout. Your item will be ready for collection once you receive an email from us stating that your item is ready. Please bring your order number with you when collecting your item.
Customers have the right to cancel an order via email. You can do so up until you receive a notification from us that the item has been dispatched. In the event that a customer wishes to cancel the order after you receive notification of dispatch, the customer will take responsibility for the cost of returning the products at which point the request will be completed.
The customer must accept full responsibility for the cost and safe return of any item of which you require an exchange or refund for, except in the case of a defect or error with the item. Callaghan Jewellers accept no liability for any item until safely received at our premises.
The company reserves the right to refuse all exchanges or refunds requested after 30 days of the order being dispatched. All items returned for exchange or refund are subject to a thorough examination of condition. No return can be offered on earrings for hygiene reasons, unless due to a manufacturers error. Callaghan Jewellers reserves the right to refuse all returned items if deemed not to be in the same perfect condition supplied to the customer.
Returns will be processed within 30 days. We will only refund postage costs when either the item has a clear manufactures fault or an error has occurred of which we accept full responsibility.
All of our jewellery and watches come with a limited warranty, which covers any manufacturing defects. Our jewellery is made to a very high standard and any wear and tear or damage after delivery is the customer’s responsibility. Items are all examined before dispatch, however, should it occur that an item arrives with a manufactures error or fault we will happily accept a return of the item and replace it or provide a full refund including the cost of return postage.
Callaghan Jewellers reserve the right to amend pricing on the website without prior notice. Products may also be withdrawn at any stage. Confirmed orders will be dispatched once confirmed unless we contact you otherwise. From time to time human error occurs while pricing products. If it is discovered that a product in an order has a pricing error we will contact the customer to either cancel the order or request the correct payment.
If you are purchasing via a currency other than Euro (€) the amounted deducted will be determined by the exchange rate applied by your bank. The amounted deducted from your credit/debit card will be that shown on the website at the time of purchase.
From time to time we may run promotions. We reserve the right to change or remove promotions at any stage without notice. Only one discount code may be used per transaction. Some exclusions may apply. Certain products with discounts already applied may not be eligible for extra discount/promotions. In the case where a promotional code is required in order to get a discount, this must be done at the time of purchase. Discounts cannot be applied after an order has been placed.
