DELIVERY AND RETURN POLICY
It is so important to us that you receive your special purchases in perfect condition. We offer 2 different types of postage which is Tracked & Insured + Non Tracked & Insured. For Tracked and Insured option we provide 1-2 Days Courier Service. We use DPD which is a signed for postage and is insured in the event of the parcel going missing. However if you select Non Tracked or Insured, in the event of a parcel going missing we cannot stand over the purchase as proof of postage will be given as this is fulfillment from our side.
Tracked and Insured time frame is 1-2 Working Days + Non Tracked or Insured is 7-10 Working Days (depending on engraving service / sizing / special instructions etc)
If your item has to be ordered from suppliers and we are unable to dispatch your order within our normal delivery period we will contact you to discuss and advise best options.
Our delivery charges are as follows:
- Items under €100.00 cost of T&I Delivery is €5.99 (R.O.I)
- Items under €100.00 cost of T&I Delivery is €8.99 (N.I)
- Items under €100.00 cost of NON T&I Delivery is €3.99 (R.O.I)
- Items under €100.00 cost of NON T&I Delivery is €3.99 (N.I)
- Items over €100.00 free post within Republic of Ireland + Northern Ireland - (Not applicable with any Discount codes)
If you would prefer to collect your order from our store, (Buncrana) then please choose this option at checkout. You will be notified by email once your order has been processed and is ready to collect.
When your order is ready to collect from our store, please bring with your order number & along with a copy of your confirmation email.
Returns for in store purchases
We are happy to exchange an item (excluding earrings for hygiene purposes & special orders) within 14 days of purchase or alternately issue store credit. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and returned with the original receipt and/ or proof of purchase.
If 14 days have gone by since your order was processed, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Returns for online purchases
For Online Orders we operate a 14 day Refund / Exchange policy.
All goods must be returned unworn, in original packaging, in original condition and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Refunds & Exchanges by post
Should you wish to exchange or receive a refund on an item please return the item to the address below by post (We are not responsible for any items lost in transit while being returned to us) within 7 days of receiving your order. All goods must be returned unworn, in original packaging, in original condition and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Our refund policy is exclusive to online orders.
Alternatively, you may return the item(s) in person to our store accompanied by the original receipt.
You will be able to receive a direct exchange or store credit but will not be able to receive a refund by this method of return.
EARRINGS- For hygiene reasons, we regret that we DO NOT accept the EXCHANGE of EARRINGS or body jewellery. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Personalised/ Made to Order - Unfortunately we are unable to offer a refund or exchange on items that have been personalised or specially made to order e.g. finger size altered, engraved, etc.
Gift Vouchers - We are unable to offer a refund on Gift Vouchers.
Once we receive your return, it will be inspected and then you will be notified by email of its approved or not. If your return is approved , your refund will be process and the original payment method credited within several days.
